Recommendation corrections

Tell us when a song is incorrectly identified, a platform link points to the wrong recording, a recommendation appears unrelated, or music metadata is out of date.

Include the page URL, the affected song and artist, and a short description of the problem. If the issue concerns a particular version, tell us whether it is a studio recording, live version, remix, remaster, or another edition.

Technical support

For search, account, Library, or Virtual CD problems, include the page you were using, your browser and device, and the steps that led to the issue. Screenshots are useful when they do not expose private information.

Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, Virtual CD deletion keys, payment-card information, or other sensitive data.

Privacy requests

You may contact us to ask about access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and identity verification.

Similar Song Finder does not host or sell music recordings. Song titles, artist names, artwork, previews, and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders and service providers.

Rights holders may report inaccurate attribution, an inappropriate asset, or another concern by email. Include enough information for us to identify the affected page and material, your relationship to the work, and the correction or action you are requesting.

Abuse reports

Report a Virtual CD title, note, or sharing page that contains harassment, private information, impersonation, unlawful content, or another violation of our Terms of Service.

Include the sharing URL and a concise description. Do not repeat sensitive or unlawful material unnecessarily in the message.

Before sending personal data

Do not include passwords, authentication tokens, Virtual CD deletion keys, full payment details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information in an email.
